Specialized Academic Classrooms

The Intensive Support Center (ISC) team provides specialized academic supports in a low teacher-to-student ratio setting for K-12 students with disabilities who might otherwise be placed outside of Albemarle County Public Schools. This 2025-26 school year, ISC expanded its services to include intensive behavioral supports for K-12 students with emotional disabilities.
